The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking an Occupational Therapists to promote optimal level of function for the health and safety of toddlers with developmental disabilities and those who are eligible for Cuyahoga DD services through various appropriate therapeutic techniques within guidelines as established by Ohio laws and rules of practice and professional codes of ethics and philosophy of Cuyahoga DD. This assignment will be in Early Intervention (ages birth to 3 years). The nature of work will include, but is not limited to the following:

* SALARY: The starting salaries for our OTs are covered in a Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union Contract). The starting salaries are based on education: MA: $65,000.00 and Doctorate $70,000.00. There is some room for negotiations if an applicant brings extensive expereince to the position; however, the agency will also consider internal equity when determining salary offers.

Remote Work: We offer hybrid work schedules that are flexible, allowing employees to make their own schedule within the expectations of the agency with the priority being serving the individuals on your caseload. Our Early Intervention positions do have to meet onsite regularly for team meetings, and most trainings and supervisory meetings are held in one of our four (4) facilities. However, the position comes with a level autonomy to make your own schedule, working in office, remotely, and in the community.
